A retirement party will be held at the following address. Please pay the party fee by February 6, as there is a deadline for payment at the venue.The deadline for payment of the membership fee has passed.

Time: 17:00 Registration starts (17:30 Concert starts) (~20:00 Closing time)
Venue: Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa 3F "Heian

Membership fee: 25,000 yen/person (including one donation: approx. 2,000 yen)
　　　　　　Donations will be used to pay for gifts, bouquets, and other common expenses for Dr. Kaminari.
Payment method: Bank transfer or PayPal (credit card)
　　　　　　PayPal will be charged a 976 yen settlement fee.
