We presented five research findings at the Fall Academic Conference of the Japan Society of Applied Physics.
We presented our research findings on microcoms and micro-optical resonators at the 87th Fall Meeting of the Japan Society of Applied Physics, held at Hokkaido University from September 8 to 11, 2026.
Modularization of Low-Noise Microcoms:We report the development of a low-noise X-band microcom using fiber-coupled modules.
Dispersion Control for TFLN Optical Combs:Toward the realization of a dark pulse comb using thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN), we investigated the control of local dispersion using a coupled-ring resonator.
Interactions Between Magnetic Materials and Light:We analyzed the magneto-optical effects in high-Q YIG microdisk resonators.
Control of Stokes Light Localization via Dispersion:We investigated the effect of dispersion on the localization of Stokes light in a pulse-excited, normally dispersed microcavity.
Low-Noise Light Source Using Self-Injection Synchronization:With the goal of developing a Microcom light source with extremely low frequency noise, we investigated self-injection synchronization using a MgF₂ microcavity.
